March 2010 Exhibit

It has become something of a tradition to use the first exhibition of the year to introduce new artists who have joined the gallery on a full time basis. This year we have six. Two, Laura Hickman and Bill Snow have exhibited with us several times, and will share an exhibition here in July to be titled “Home and Abroad”. Stephen Brehm and Brian Murphy, both accomplished plein air painters, were part of last year’s exhibit “By the Water’s Edge”. Len Garon took part in our “Small Jewels” exhibit last December. The only totally fresh artist to join us is Arlon Rosenoff from Auburn, WA. Arlon brings to us a style of art that we have not had in the gallery before – palette knife. Look for luscious amounts of paint and plenty of color. We are very excited to welcome them all.
